We deliver across Kenya. For remote areas, delivery may take 1–2 additional business days. You will receive an SMS notification once your order ships.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you can track it from your account orders page. You will also receive email and SMS updates at each stage — confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

How to Return

Contact us via phone or email with your order number.
We will provide a return authorization and drop-off instructions.
Ship the item back or drop it off at our Nairobi location.
Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method (M-Pesa or bank transfer).
