2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustration. Actual items may vary slightly in colour and finish.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice. Orders placed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.
• Stock availability is subject to change. We will notify you if an item is unavailable after your order is placed.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified.
• We accept M-Pesa Paybill and NCBA QR Code payments.
• Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise the order may be cancelled.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Defective products will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Trexel Interiors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trexel Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except as required by Kenyan law.
